I want to cancel my account on COHO. How do I do this?

Before we talk about cancelling your account on COHO, we'd like to understand why. If support or training is required, we have many resources available to you which includes the following:

If you would like to speak to someone at COHO before cancelling then please send us a message to support@coho.life

Cancelling your Account

If you feel as though COHO is not for you right now, then you will need to deactivate all of your properties on the account. This will stop you being charged the following month for your units.

Deactivating a Property

Log into your COHO account and navigate to the property you wish to deactivate. Exercise caution if you have active tenancies on the system.

Scroll down to the 'Property Details' panel

Click 'Deactivate property'

You will then be asked if you are sure? Click 'Ok' or 'Cancel'

You will then be redirected to your main portfolio page and you will see the property that has been deactivated as 'greyed out'. You can choose to 'Activate' the property or to delete it entirely from the system.

Deactivating a room

Deactivating a room follows a similar process to deactivating a property. Exercise caution if you have active tenancies on the system.

First navigate to the room to deactivate and scroll down to the 'Room Details' panel.

Click 'Deactivate room'

You will then be asked if you are sure? Click 'Ok' or 'Cancel'

You will then be redirected to the property page and you will see the room that has been deactivated as 'greyed out'. You can choose to 'Activate' the room or to delete it entirely from the system.
