Welcome Packs

Welcome Packs

Welcome Packs in COHO allow you to share useful information with your tenants which they can access via their dashboard. This can be in the form of typing information into the welcome pack named:

‘Quick Info’

i.e., telephone numbers or codes etc

or by adding

‘Info Cards’

which can be anything you can’t type i.e., documents, files, images etc.
It’s important to understand the Welcome Pack levels in COHO before adding any information for your tenants.

You have Welcome Pack panels at:

Organisational level Welcome Pack

This is for information that applies to ALL tenants and ALL properties - For example, 24/7 emergency contact telephone numbers or information on how to call the emergency services. All information added to the organisation Welcome Pack is shared with all tenants across the whole portfolio.

Property Level Welcome Pack

This is for information that applies to the property and will only be shared with the tenants that occupy that one property - For example, WIFI codes, bin collection dates, cleaner dates etc.

Room Level Welcome Pack

This is for information that will only apply to the tenant(s) that occupy that room.

Welcome Pack Settings Cog

The Welcome Pack settings cog can be found on the organisation Welcome Pack only.

Here you can create a Public URL. You can then display this URL to your tenants that do not have access to their My COHO Dashboard for Welcome Pack information. See also Tenant Dashboard.

First choose a property to generate a public URL.

You will then generate a public URL, a Welcome Pack link and a QR code. You can then share this information with your tenants.
