The 'Deposit Management' panel does not show, how can I resolve this?
If the Deposit Management panel is not showing on a tenancy / room page, this is likely due to setting the tenancy / room as not requiring a deposit.
To resolve this please complete the following steps:
Step 1
Navigate to the tenancy / room page you wish to add the deposit management for
Step 2
Click 'Edit'
Step 3
Scroll to 'Tenant money held? (e.g. Deposit)
Step 4
Use the drop down menu to choose the relevant option. You will then have the option to enter the amount.
Step 5
Click 'Save' at the bottom of the form.
Step 6
You will then be able to navigate to the Deposit Management panel and enter further information.
Important Notes
If a room always requires a deposit, you can make the changes on the 'Room Details' panel.
