Tenant has reported Inventory discrepancies and I need to add photos to the Inventory served and re issue it to them

If you serve an Inventory to a tenant through COHO and they then notify you of discrepancies and you need to add these photos to the Inventory and re-serve it to them, please follow the below steps:

There 2 ways you can do this

Option 1 - Send as photos

On the tenancy page, go to the Inventory panel and click to add a new inventory. Choose the same settings ass your original Inventory and add the photos into the correct section. You can then send the 'Same inventory' and the extra photos.

Option 2 - Addendum to existing Inventory

Edit the existing template in the Inventory Builder.
Add the photos to a new section, name it and save your template.
From the Inventory panel on the tenancy page, you can click to 'Add new Inventory' and them re-serve this new version of the Inventory.

Option 3 - Update your existing Inventory

This follows the same steps as the above option but you can update each individual section to modify your own photos and textual descriptions to exactly what the tenant has supplied.
