Property Access

Property Access panels in COHO allow you to store internal / external, door and key safe codes. 

These codes can be shared with the tenant via their dashboard. 


Organisation Property Access panel


Here, on the main organisation Property Access panel, you are able to filter between properties.

Shared Toggle: Toggle on/off sharing codes with tenants.

Edit the item: Allows to edit the item.

Delete the item: Allows for deletion of the item.

You can add another item by clicking ‘add another item’.



Property Access Bookmarks

If you are out and about it may be very useful to bookmark a standalone version of the Property Access page so you can easily get access to codes without the need for an internet connection.


Click 'here' to navigate to a standalone page where you'll be able to view all property access codes.


Property Level Property Access panels

Shared Toggle: Toggle on/off sharing codes with tenants.

Edit the item: Allows to edit the item.

Delete the item: Allows for deletion of the item.



Property Access Settings Cog

The settings cog to configure the Property Access panel can be located on any property level Property Access panel. 

Clicking on the cog allows you to configure the panel. In the instance of the Property Access panel, you can turn this on or off for the property. 

It is worth noting the saving options: ‘Save’ - to save the configuration for the property you are currently in or ‘Save for all properties’ - to save the configuration on all Property Access panels.
