My account does not show my tenancy

If you have signed up to COHO but your account doesn't show any information of your tenancy, this is usually a result of signing up for COHO without following the link propertly, or following the link but navigating away from COHO.

Steps to resolve

1) Follow the link you were given from your property manager over SMS or email

2) On the registration page, the you should click "Already registered? Log in"



3) You should log in with their COHO account



If you do not remember how to access your account you should click on "I've forgotten my password", reset the password, then begin all of these steps again.

5) Success! Your account will now be connected
