I am using the open banking feature but it's stopped pulling transactions through to COHO. Why and how do I resolve this?

I am using the open banking feature but it's stopped pulling transactions through to COHO. Why and how do I resolve this?

Our Open Banking Rules require connections to be reconnected every 3-6 months, depending on the bank.

To resolve this, navigate to the 'Transactions' panel on your account and click the settings cog in the right hand corner.




You will then see a button to click to 'Reconnect'
