COHO has been created to be as easy to use as possible. When you log into your account, you default to the main organization page.
Organization Level This page has very top level information that includes all properties and all tenants.
From your organization page you can navigate down to property level by clicking any property on the properties panel.
Property Level This page has all information related to the property. This is where compliance documents for the property will be stored.
From a property page you can navigate down to room level by clicking any room on the rooms panel.
Room Level This page is for all room related information and the information about the tenant that occupies the room. This is where you will store AST documents and deposit information for the tenant etc.
‘What is going on today?’
This panel allows you to see what is going on today including important actions in regards to Onboardings, Viewings, Maintenance, Rent Reviews, Actions and Transactions. By clicking on any of the boxes, you will navigate to the main panel for that action.
Side Menu
The side menu can be moved to be placed on either the left or right-hand side of the page by clicking the arrow. In this side menu it splits COHO down into panels. By clicking on any of the boxes in the side menu, will take you to the main panel selected.
Minimise / Maximise Arrows
Allows you to shrink the side panel down to one single column.
Focus-on / Focus-off Mode
Focus Mode allows you to see one panel at a time displayed on the screen. This can be toggled on and off by clicking the focus mode icon.
Global Options
Here you can send messages, emails, add notes, add actions and add financial items quickly, without needing to go to the respective panel.
Start Something
Here you can start an onboarding, viewing, or add a new maintenance issue quickly, without needing to go to the respective panel.
Dark Mode / Light Mode
Dark mode and light mode can be toggled by clicking the relevant button on the side menu.
You can also toggle dark and light mode by clicking the down arrow next to your user settings.
