Feedback

On the tenants dashboard, they are able to give a satisfaction rating and tenant feedback. This can then be viewed on the ‘Feedback’ panel on the account. You are also able to view tenant satisfaction statistics on the Performance panel. See also Performance.

Tenant satisfaction

Each month we ask all tenants with a COHO account how they feel about their tenancy. Any tenant that logs into COHO will have a default rating of ‘OK’. We then allow them to change this to ‘Not Good’ or ‘Great’. We also send them a notification towards the end of each month to make sure they have provided some feedback.

We then aggregate all of the feedback from those tenants who have logged in to create a single overall mean feedback score. That score will fluctuate during the ‘live’ month, and then be static once the month has ended. The figure shown after the month label is the number of satisfaction scores for the month that the mean score is based on.

Every tenant has the opportunity to provide you with feedback. Any tenant that logs in to COHO will see next to the manager details an opportunity to provide a 1 to 5 star rating. When they give a rating we also ask them to provide feedback, but it is not mandatory. If they give a 5 star rating they are invited to provide a testimonial. 

A tenant can only provide one rating / feedback per tenancy, but this can be updated at any time. Feedback can be viewed by clicking ‘view’ next to each tenant.
